We provide two easy ways to submit an application for litigation funding:

The Records Release form is needed to allow your attorney to supply us needed information to evaluate your case and process your funding.
Once we receive your Application and Records Release form, we'll contact your attorney to learn about your case. All case information is kept strictly confidential.
Within 24 hours of receiving the required information from you and your attorney, we'll complete an evaluation of your claim and request for litigation funding. At that time, you will be notified of the status of your Application.
When your case is approved for litigation funding, we'll present you the final paperwork for signature. Upon receipt back, we'll either wire your funding directly to your bank account or send you a check via Fedex.
